All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) on our website. Prices exclude postage and packaging. Customs Charges
If you are ordering goods for delivery in the US, we will do our best to ensure that they are shipped to you from our warehouse in the US. However, if you are ordering books for delivery outside of the EU and they are shipped from the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that ProvechZiel has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from ProvechZiel, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you, whether or not you receive the email. Refunds and Returns
We operate a 'no questions asked' returns policy providing you return your book within 20 working days of the delivery of your order. This is in addition to your right under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, which gives you the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your book(s) within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which your order is delivered. A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing they are in their original condition, however, any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost, unless they are damaged or faulty, or incorrectly supplied. If your title was dispatched to you in the US from our warehouse in the US, please consult your delivery note for the appropriate returns address. Returned items remain your property until we have received them. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed. Please note that our Standard Returns policy does not apply to business customers. Business customers may return 10% of their orders within 60 days, providing the items are in their original condition. Postage costs to send the items to us will be the responsibility of the customer. Non Delivery
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify ProvechZiel within 40 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you. If you notify a problem to ProvechZiel under this condition, ProvechZiel's only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods. Our standard Returns Policy does not apply to those customers who purchase items for business use or resale. Instead the following policy applies: Business Customers may return 10% of each order within 60 days, subject to the following conditions: - All items must be returned within 60 days of receipt;
- Each item must be in pristine and re-saleable condition; and
- Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note, receipt, order confirmation, or invoice.
Postage costs to send the items to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We will also be happy to accept items for return, providing you inform us of your intention to return within 7 working days of receipt and under the following conditions: The item is found to be damaged or faulty. We will replace the item. Any postage costs for returning the faulty item and sending out a replacement will be the responsibility of ProvechZiel. We will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one The item was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given for the incorrectly supplied item.
